Nicole
Beauregard - PT, ATC
Nicole has been with Professional Physical Therapy since 2002.
After completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Cal State
University, Pomona with a specialization in athletic training,
she received a Masters in Physical Therapy from Western University
of Health Sciences. She is a certified Athletic Trainer as
well as a double All American athlete.

Karen Avramidis - PT
Karen has been in the physical therapy field for over 30 years.
She graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program
at Newbury College in Holliston, MA and returned to Northeastern
University in Boston, MA to complete her Physical Therapy
degree. She is skilled in manual therapy intervention techniques
and incorporating stretching and strengthening programs with
individualized programs based on the patient’s evaluation.
Education, body mechanics, posture and measures of prevention
are also an integral part of the treatment plans with patients
becoming an independent participant in achieving their functional
goals.

Mike Maga - PT
Mike is a native southern Californian and Graduated from Fountain
Valley High School. He then attended Westmont College on a
soccer scholarship. He then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Kinesiology. He continued his education at Azusa Pacific
University earning his Masters of Physical Therapy. He then
trained for 4 years in an Orthopedic Manual Therapy residency
at the Ola Grimsby Institute, earning a certification in Orthopedic
Manual Therapy. Mike initially worked in a skilled nursing
facility and developed a special concern for patients who
have balance disorders. This interest led him to take multiple
continuing education classes developing an expertise in helping
people with this disorder. His background is focused on differential
diagnosis, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education,
and balance.

Kelly LaZor - PT, DPT
Kelly LaZor, a south OC native, originally became interested
in physical therapy after a knee injury in high school. Upon
graduating from El Toro High School in Lake Forest, she earned
her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, graduating
Suma Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton.
During her undergrad she worked as a NCCPT certified personal
trainer. Kelly then went on to hearn her Doctorate in Physical
therapy from Chapman University, which proudly remains the
oldest continually accredited physical therapy proram in the
country. After graduation, Dr. LaZor spent 6 years working
in out patient orthopedics as the head of the physical therapy
department in a workers compensation clinic. While there she
became an APTA credentialed clinical instructor and began
teaching physical therapy students in a clinical setting.
After having a baby in 2016 she found the need to find a new
job closer to home. Dr. LaZor enjoys spending time with her
husband and son Alex, playing with her dogs, and continuing
to teach and mentor physical therapy students.

Judson
"Judd" Brown - OTR/L, CHT
Judd graduated from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut with
a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and went on
to specialize in treating upper extremity injuries becoming
a Certified Hand Therapist. As our Director of Hand Therapy,
he brings 12 years of experience in treating hand injuries
and custom splint fabrication. He is also ASTYM certified

Rebecca Horne
- COTA
Becky
is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with a degree
from Loma Linda University. She has specialized in the treatment
of hand injuries for 13 years.

Brittany Fecteau - PTA
Brittany grew up in Laguna Niguel and played soccer and softball for over 20 years. She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with her BS in Kinesiology Exercise science in 2012. After 7 years of aiding (over 5 right here at ProPT), Brittany got her PTA license from Cerritos Community College (2019) and joined her mentors. Brittany loves to hang out with family, friends, and her animals; enjoys going for hikes, playing softball, and going to the beach and river.

Amin
Ghanavatzadeh - Physical Therapy Aide
Amin
has been with Professional Physical Therapy since 2002. After
attending high school locally, he went on to Saddleback where
he played football for two years. He graduated from Long Beach
State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology.
He is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Exercise
Science with an emphasis in Rehabilitative Sciences. Amin
is also nationally certified in personal training.

Debbie's
vast knowledge and experience in front office management
and insurance authorization makes her a vital part of the
Professional Physical Therapy team.
